Beautiful Condo with Magnificence Water Bay View
Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway located 3 minutes driving from Marco island and 20 minutes from Downtown Naples.
Enjoy the magnificent water view, the mangroves and the wildlife that Florida offers to visitors and residents on the private lanai of this first floor and corner unit.
Some of the amenities are two side lake pools (one screened), tennis courts, pickleball lake dock for fishing and the one loves nature.
All guests needs to submit an application and comply with the HOA rules and regulations.
All foreigner guests need to submit a color copy of their passports. By confirming the booking, all the guests still need to go to the application process with the condominium association.
Pets are allowed by the HOA if they are animal service/support with the proper documentation for approval. Only one Pet per unit.
