Friendly, bright and newly renovated apartment

Your apartment is located on WANNE in the north of Tübingen in a quiet location directly opposite the Kunsthalle.

23m ², sophisticated furnishings, sophisticated equipment, fully equipped kitchenette, roof terrace with a unique view can be used as such. All shops in the immediate vicinity (e.g. good baker from 5:30 a.m., supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, bank, ...).

Washer and dryer in the house. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a TV, internet connection and an elevator.

There is free parking at the house. The bus lines 5,13,17 opposite the house offer a very good connection to the city, the university and the clinics (3 bus stations) every 10 minutes. City center (2.8 km), university (2.3 km) and clinic (1.8 km) can also be reached via beautiful footpaths. The Schönbuch forest area with walking and hiking trails is a 5-minute walk away. You are at the studio in 2 minutes.

Ideal for 1-2 adults (couple) - the bed has a width of 1.60 m, i.e. clinic members or visitors, patients, university staff, student parents, tourists. No pets. Non smoking.

Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sowohl vor Check-In als auch direkt vor Ort. Sehr zentrale Lage zur Uni, auch die Stadt ist mit dem Bus in 10-15 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Ein großes Plus ist der PKW-Stellplatz und die Lage direkt neben zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Es ist ein kleines Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zu kochen oder auch Wäsche zu waschen. Wenn man etwas benötigt wie Waschmittel, Waschmarken etc. wird es einem vorbei gebracht.

Estupendo apartamento para estancias largas o cortas en Tübingen

Hemos estado estupendamente bien en este apartamento, que reúne todas las condiciones para pasar temporadas largas o cortas en Tübingen o cerca de Stuttgart. Es moderno, está actualizado, es limpio y la propiedad es atenta y está pendiente. Baño y electrodomésticos están estupendamente bien. Es exterior y la calefacción funciona magníficamente bien, con reguladores independientes que hacen posible que siempre esté confortable. Cerca del bloque hay servicios como buses diversos y hacia múltiples direcciones, e incluso autoservicio justo debajo del propio apartamento, que abre hasta las 10 de la noche listo para cualquier imprevisto. A la Universidad de Tübingen se tarda 17 minutos andando y está cerca de todo. Es absolutamente recomendable.
