Master closet is locked for owners belongings. Tenants are allowed to use bikes, paddles, canoe, beach chairs. bedding, towels, etc. are included, rented turnkey.

Pretty place quiet. 10 minutes to Vanderbilt beach. Adequate gym comfortable pool. Could use some upgraded furniture.
