The Rockford Ranch is a fantastic destination for relaxation and leisure. Nestled on 14 private acres, guests can enjoy fishing and canoeing in our large spring-fed pond or even feed the fish and ducks! Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin features an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, an outdoor firepit, and a covered porch that is perfect for entertaining.
Advertised price/night is for the upstairs only & guests needing to reserve the downstairs 2 Bedrooms 1 Full Bathroom can do so for an added $100.00/night.
Apple Mountain Golf & Country Club is a walk away! Tallulah Gorge & Falls, Bavarian Mountain Town of Helen, Hiking trails, waterfalls, boating, zip-lining, horseback riding, seed-to-table restaurants, antiquing, & vineyards minutes away!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the outdoor fire pit and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting. (W&D downstairs in unfinished basement)
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The advertised price/night is for upstairs only. Guests needing to reserve downstairs 2BR + 1B(full) can do so for an additional $100.00/night.

Quiet little getaway. Great for fishing with the little ones.

Enjoyed our stay and only potential issue was some minor cosmetic repairs that were in the process of being resolved by property manager. Communication was great and we had a quality trip destined for the family scrapbook. We would gladly return for another trip and enjoy a cup of coffee lakeside (there is a bench) or even catch some more fish out of the lake.
