Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenen Objekt

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenen Objekt. Heizung leider nur mit Elektroheizkörpern. Das Bad im EG riecht etwas muffig. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit guter Lage.
