Also has a large modern closet and ceiling fan. The hallway closet has all you need from extra towels, linens, rugs, toiletries and more. Queen sofa bed located in the spacious living room. Easy to pull out. Netflix, Disney Plus and of course WiFi for you work and relaxation. Kitchen is fully equipped and for your use. Washer and Dryer are readily available as well. This paradise home is perfect for you to enjoy the Florida sun while enjoying a cool dip in the pool. 2 minutes to Walmart, Publix, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Lehigh Bowling, Hardware stores, Fast food, Petes Sports Bar, Hospital, Williams Park, Veterans Park, Gas Station, CVS, Liquor Store, Gym. 10 minutes to I75, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. WiFI provided. Neighborhood is tranquil yet full of energy. Dog walkers, kids playing in their lawn, joggers. Security camera in the front of the house and the back of the house. Swimming pool is not heated.

We did not stay

We were at the property a total of 15 minutes instead of three days. When we arrived, the neighborhood was not as expected. Upon entering the home, it felt as though someone was just there. The bathroom door was closed with the light on and fan on. All the rugs had been pulled from the floors. The electrical switches had notes on them. When we sat our groceries down on the kitchen counter a roach ran from the top of the counter down into the cabinets. My kids were not comfortable staying there and we left.

The home was very spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The bed not so comfortable. We wish the pool had been heated. Was not able to use in the pool as the water temperature never got above 70 degrees.

A walk around

Property owner was extremely responsive to our inquiries and immediately followed up. Neighborhood is very quiet. Leigh High Acres has less traffic than Fort Meyers and Cape Coral. It lacks social activities. Hiking preserves and marshes while watching birds is the major activity.
