Located on a private road the cottage is very private but close to all amenities. Hiking, biking, wine tasting, river rafting, shopping, disc golf and golf. We have a small local airport about 10 minutes away. The cottage sits on one acre of land and is decorated with cozy charming details.

We have lived in this quiet, rural neighborhood ourselves for about 25 years. We love it, and are happy to share it with other guests who want to explore the area, consider moving to the area, or are just passing through.
What makes this property unique
Quiet, rural neighborhood on the Placer Wine Trail, yet only 2-3 minutes from shopping and necessities. Convenient, and quiet. Flat, level lot so parking is easy.
