Eleven Villa Blu is nestled in the hills of St. Thomas, minutes from the airport, downtown and major beaches. Villa Blu features 3 unique villas with the biggest view on island - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 outdoor dining areas with BBQs, a steam shower and a huge pool surrounded by over 3000 sq ft of deck; all on a 1.25 acre, mature landscaped oasis.

Beautiful Villas made for a great vacation over Christmas break. All siblings and grandkids were comfortable. We cooked most of our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. The awesome pool was the kids favorite spot.

Anniversary Celebration

The Villas were a perfect spot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. The children especially enjoyed the pool which was delightful and well equipped with both chairs and pool toys. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Terrific home with multiple living spaces.

This is a beautiful home with incredible views that feels secluded. The separate living spaces gave everyone plenty of room for alone time. Lisa was very responsive and we had no issues checking in or during our stay. I highly recommend this home for your next stay on St. Thomas.

Overall, the house was beautiful and accommodated all the guests. It was my 50th birthday, and there were 11 of us. The house is close to a beach, but not the nicest beach. I preferred Cocki Beach, which is about 15 minutes away from the house.

Great family space, conveniently located by airport and downtown.We had an awesome time at this Villa. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen has everything ideal needed for cooking and dining. The pool/ lounge area is FABULOUS! Highly recommend!

Wow! What a wonderful accommodation for my family to stay in for my daughter’s wedding on the island! What a wow factor all around! Felt like a movie star’s mansion! 11 Villa Blu is a beautiful house and estate and the 3 separate living areas worked well for our group of four couples, giving privacy to those that wanted it with lots of common area on the main level. Very clean, excellent communication from the owners.

Amazing stay!

We traveled as a group of 13 for a school trip to St. Thomas. This villa was the perfect size with room to spare. Andre and Lisa were amazing hosts and we had everything we needed. They were quick to respond to any issues we had and were more than accommodating. We will be using their home again for future trips to the USVI. Thank you for all your hospitality!

Blu-tiful Getaway at 11 Villa Blu

The property was AMAZING and as described in listing however what I can’t describe is the breath taking views from the property. Additionally, the pool was the focal point. We gathered there nightly to unwind and socialize. Working with Lisa was seamless and using their recommended vendors was wonderful. Our dual sweet 16/20 year anniversary getaway was perfect!!!

I celebrated my 50th with my friends & I can’t tell you enough how beautiful this place is! If you have a big group I highly recommend as it can be separated by different villas. Lisa the host was amazing with all her recommendations! If you need a chef use KG Catering they were unbelievable & Blue zone massage at our villa was great on our rainy day! We had 13 friends stay here & everyone loved it! That says a lot! Will definitely come back!

The most PERFECT place

I went to St. Thomas for my bachelorette party and stayed at Eleven Villa Blu with a group of 11. The villas were INCREDIBLE - the views were stunning, the location was perfect, and everything was exactly as it appeared in the listing and then some. The process of checking in/out was so easy and flexible. Lisa and Andre were so communicative and were consistently immediately responsive - we were in touch throughout my stay and I was always confident they would respond if I had a question. They also provided amazing resources that made our stay so much easier and more fun. Would 20/10 recommend staying here and will 100% stay here again when I go back!!

50th Bday Celebration for my wife

We had a group of 8 stay at the home for a week. Best week ever!!!!! The home is beautiful and very private. Owner is super responsive and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! Close to shopping and two awesome restaurants. You have to go to The Greenhouse and Oceania. Both absolutely amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you Lisa!

Great property

The villas were great. The neighborhood ok…but a lot of noise from businesses down by the water throughout the day. Thought we would be closer to some things…the description said 4 minute walks, etc, when it should have said 4 minute drives. Otherwise was pretty much 20 minutes from most things driving so convenient. So great having the villas for our large family group! The property itself was lovely and the view was pretty good. The host was excellent and very responsive, which is so nice to have, and so appreciated.

What amazing views! The ultimate Girls Trip! Travelled with 9 of the best ladies ever. The property is well kept and has the BEST views. We really did not want to leave. I love the 3 villa concept as this allows for privacy and comfort, especially traveling with a large group. The birthday ladies really enjoyed the property and was sooo happy I selected The views are always Blue at Eleven Villa Blu.
