The world famous Three Sisters Springs just few minutes by boat or kayak! Watch the local manatees swim and play in your own backyard. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam!

This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The second floor has the master as well as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. There is also a large media room with a big screen TV and comfy media chairs for movie night!
Please keep in mind if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms are on the second floor.
