Perfect location!

Nice place close to the beach.

Everything was great and loved the location. Our only complaint is the fridge and freezer didn’t cool enough. Our ice actually melted in the freezer.

Great Condo Great Location

This was a golf trip, perfect location. Easy walk to lots of great restaurants and just a couple minutes to the beach. Plan to stay here again. Highly recommend for golfers, couples or family. Coligny park area. Well maintained spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 master baths.

Nice central place to stay

We stayed at this property for a week, and it was so clean! Check in was very easy, the property complex clean and quiet, and a very central location - easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit itself was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The bedroom closets are small, but countered with plenty of built-in drawer space. The only minor points would be the master bed and pillows were not the most comfortable and the dishes in the kitchen are primarily plastic. Would stay here again.

Needs attention

Look, we came to Hilton Head for work on a neighboring hotel. I found this condo to be very convenient to the job site so for me it was a no brainer to stay here for the sheer convenience. However, there are things that need to be fixed in order to justify charging these prices and this “host fee”.

Great location and good layout

Nice shape for a rental, good layout. Great location with easy half mile or less to shopping, dining, and Caligny beach. Property manager not responsive. No hot water in mater shower and called to fix it, never heard back but finally figured out the faucet is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot, then it worked fine! But they never sent anyone over or callled back to tell us. Also no directions for tv’s so took quite. While to figure out how to get them to work. But still a good unit and great location.

Family Vacation
