About this property

Sylt, one of the most beautiful islands in Germany, is waiting for you! From our Alice apartment you can explore the unique, long white beaches, as well as the famous Red Cliff; with its 52 m high cliff. In addition to the beautiful nature, the beach and the sea, you will find several cozy little villages to linger.

The beach is only 40m away, in short the ideal holiday home for your wonderful beach holiday!

The very tastefully decorated 60m2 maisonette apartment Alice offers enough space for 3 people and your dog.

The spacious and very comfortable living room is flooded with light through the large windows. From here you come to the pretty, west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy sunbathing and the view over the dunes from midgas to evenings.

The open kitchen is modern and equipped with all technical comfort. Here it is really fun, after a nice beach day, to cook delicious.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2011 to match the interior, in light and warm tones.

The staircase leads to the bright and cozy bedroom with sea view.

The apartment is very central and at the same time quiet. It is less than 250 m to the pedestrian zone "Friedrichstrasse", the main shopping street of the island. The & bdquo; Kurzentrum the Sylter Welle; Wellness, - and fitness area and sauna area, as well as the Sylt Aquarium are within a few minutes walking distance!

Sylt ist nun mal schön!

Die Wohnung sowie ihre Lage ist sehr gut. Leider kann man den dazu gehörenden Parkplatz nicht nutzen (max. mit einem Kleinstwagen bzw. Motorrad). Die Anweisungen seitens des Wohnungseigentümers zur Wohnungsnutzung sind sehr „oberlehrerhaft“ geschrieben.
