The Villa Katharina, an attractive Art Nouveau villa, has been extensively and lovingly restored. It is located directly at the spa park. The way to the beach is one minute.

The apartment Greifswald is a modern three-room apartment on the first floor. The non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating is 70 square meters. The spacious living room has a very high quality equipment: large leather sofa and armchairs, LCD TV (satellite TV), CD player (with CD changer) and parquet floor.

In each of the two separate bedrooms there is a double bed available. From the bedroom you have a side sea view. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom and a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven). The living room and the integrated kitchen combines a cozy dining area. Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung hatte kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Kurpark. Einen Parkplatz am Haus haben wir dazu gemietet. Leider hatte die Wohnung keinen Balkon. Wir waren in der 1.Etage. Die Wohnung war schön. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fiel auf, daß ein Backofen fehlte ( ein kleiner Backofen war da). Kinderbesteck und - geschirr war nicht da.Und einiges in der Wohnung müsste auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Z.B.Armaturen in der Küche und der Dusche. Die Mülltrennung in der Küche war gar nicht organisiert u.ä. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen ,was auch vor allem an der tollen Lage lag.
