Welcome to Bama Bungalow!

This adorable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can hold up to 7 guests. The home is only 1.1 miles from the stadium and there is a wonderful park for the kids to play at nearby. The living room has plenty of space to hang out with family and friends! Included in the living room are board games, perfect to play on a rainy day or when you need a break from Alabama's beautiful nature! The living room flows right into the dining room where everyone can sit and enjoy time together during a delicious meal made in the beautiful kitchen. Whether you want a cup of coffee, to cook out on the grill, or just a snack, Bama Bungalow is stocked with all you will need during your stay. The kitchen has everything you will need including: two coffee machines and a coffee starter set, grilling equipment, and every kitchen tool you could need for a perfect home-cooked meal! Outside there is an amazing fenced backyard green space and porch to sit and relax on, as well as grill out!

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a King bed, desk for working, TV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The next bedroom has two Twin beds and a TV. The final bedroom has a Queen bed and TV as well. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. In addition to the three bedrooms there is a futon in a second TV room.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
