Solheim Luxury 2 BR Condo - Colbert Hills & Sunset View

Enjoy a stay with family or friends at a brand new luxury, 2-Bedroom condo in Manhattan, KS in the Colbert Hills community. Close to local restaurants and walkable to Colbert Hills clubhouse, this condo comes complete with all the amenities you will need whether you are with friends, family, or looking for a quiet place to work. Relax on the spacious deck with outdoor furniture and enjoy a sunset over the Flint Hills with a golf course view.

The space
Rooms: Our condo offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and is very spacious with a tv, large walk in closet (includes washer and dryer) and private bathroom attached. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV and a bathroom right across the hall. Both bathrooms have floor to ceiling walk in showers with plenty of space to get ready. The bedrooms and living room all feature tall ceilings and large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. There is also a pullout sofa sleeper available for use that has a memory foam mattress in it.

View: The view from the deck backs up to an open, private space and being on the 3rd floor allows for privacy and a beautiful view of the sunset and golf course off to the right.

Guest access
Guests will be sent the exact unit number and a secure code to enter the building and unit, prior to check in. You will also be given a parking spot number in the covered parking garage. Pool (in season) and Fitness Center access will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
There will be a $500 deposit put on hold to cover any damages or theft. This will not be charged unless something is damaged, broken or stolen. We understand accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know and depending on the situation we can work something out.

In an effort to keep our condo clean and enjoyable for future guests, we do NOT allow pets or smoking inside the condo OR on the deck.

Please remember there are many units in the building, so while we hope you enjoy yourselves, please keep the music and noise to a minimum.

Graduation weekend.

Beautiful and clean property! Only feedback I would have was I was surprised there were no hair dryers available. Traveling from Texas it was just one extra item I had to pack. Something to think about offering as an amenity.

Welcome to our Solheim Colbert Hills Condo! This condo is our family's first rental property and we are so excited you have chosen to stay with us.

Our family was born and raised in Kansas. We all bleed purple and have been attending K-State games since the 1980's. We call Manhattan our second home and can't think of a better place for our first property.

We chose this unit because our family enjoys sitting outside on a nice evening watching the sunset (and the men in our family also enjoy the Colbert Hills Golf Course and view).

We have tried to make the condo a comfortable place where you can get away and still feel relaxed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We hope your stay in Manhattan has been enjoyable and welcome any feedback from your stay in our condo.
