In our beautiful chestnut landscape, not far from the Baltic Sea coast, you will find peace and relaxation in our chestnut house.
With great attention to detail and tastefully furnished, our holiday home radiates warmth and security. Here you can enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of the view of the foothills of a gently rolling, end-moraine landscape on three floors. a. therefore makes it a special experience.

Vacation destination Mecklenburgische Ostseeküste

The typical Mecklenburg Gutsdorf Klein Siemen has only 50 inhabitants and you can feel that every guest is welcome. Spend your vacation days on an approx. 5,000 sqm plot in the middle of fields and meadows. From the large terrace (25 sqm) of the house, you can watch the diverse wildlife. Within a radius of a maximum of 30 minutes by car you will find numerous offers and options for activities whether in the hinterland of the Baltic Sea or in the larger cities like Rostock.

The vacation home

The furnishings of the 140 sqm holiday home are cozy and comfortable. Here you will find everything you need for your vacation. This includes u. a. a well-equipped kitchen (Bj. 2012) that invites you to cook together. You will find the necessary ingredients in the immediately adjacent farm garden, which is geared towards small and large chefs.

In the dining area you will find a large dining table with eight chairs. You can end the day with a glass of wine and good music in front of the fire in the fireplace corner. A small library is also available.

In the gallery on the top floor, you can let your gaze wander into the garden and over the landscape even in bad weather.

When converting and expanding the holiday home, it was important to us to create four separate bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people (plus 2 small children in cots). Two full baths are available, one of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

- Departure: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
Information about arrival and departure: ask the landlord about earlier arrival or later departure, with regard to previous or subsequent rental.

Rental information

The house has its own mailbox. You will receive the current daily newspaper (Ostsee-Zeitung) daily free of charge.
We don't have a typical bed change day. Except for Sunday, you can check your arrival and departure
lay on all days. You deal with this v. a. unnecessary traffic jams on Saturday and Sunday.
So that your advantage is not to our disadvantage, we ask you when choosing yours
