*Please note that there is an ongoing construction of a new home in front our house, therefore, there is no longer driveway available. Street parking only. Also, please expect some construction noise during business hours.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located guesthouse. Cozy and stylish place for a weekend getaway in a perfect location for evening activities or dining out, literally a few minute walk to Uptown Villa on Main Street. Convenient parking by the house. Comfortably sleeps 2 people but with a pull out sofa in the living room, 2 more people can be accommodated. It provides all the essential for your short and longterm stays.

This guest suite provides a dining area, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with a beautiful stand along tub, and one bedroom with a king bed. It has a pullout sofa in the living room., TVs in each room, and a set of washer and dryer. This place was renovated in 2021 with new exterior, new flooring, brand new appliances and fresh paint. Convenient parking by the garage and the guest house makes it easy to unpack and bring in groceries right to the entrance door. Fenced front yard with the parking spot and a fully fenced backyard with a deck in the back, perfect for your pets.

Good choice for us.

We found the unit to be just what we needed.. our host was great and helpful.. all our needs were met… only critique is the front steps need a handrail, my husband fell on them, and the covered back deck leaked during the rain storms. We would stay again without any hesitation!

Worked out for us.

We needed a safe and secure place with amenities that were offered.. Problem with no hot water at the huge lively tub. Roof over back porch leaked badly and soaked us worse than last visit. Bottom drawer to oven isn’t attached. Broken to holder and hand towel rack in bathroom. Living room sofa is very uncomfortable and not holding up well. We loved the area and would stay again probably. Loved having our cats with us! Hostess was very accommodating and pleasant!

Cozy Quiet Place Just Off Main

Fitting for my single resident extended stay visiting family in Vancouver, WA. I enjoyed good weather for morning coffee on the private deck. The bakery, coffee, pizza, tap room, and cocktails - both local color and more upscale - were delightful and within pleasant walking distance.

Interesting Old Neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay in this old neighborhood. I really appreciated all the old homes with lush landscaping. As far as the accommodations are concerned, they were adequate. There were a few things in need of repair, but all in all, the place was comfortable. Anyone staying here should be made aware that there really isn’t a shower. There is a nice large bathtub with a hand held shower nozzle but really no way to take a standup shower without splashing water all over the room. The bed sheets are thin micro fiber, in my opinion, not very comfortable. Still, I recommend this place to get a taste of a nice old Vancouver neighborhood.
