Modern Farmhouse at the base of the Black Mountain range on 8+acres. Clear mountain creek runs thru property. The house is all on one level, 3/2 split bdrm floor plan. Fourth bdrm and full bath in newly constructed Modern Barnhouse with TV room, dining area overlooking the barn, pool table, darts, with spectacular views to the horse fields and creek. There are farm animals on the property. Equestrian facilities include barn with 12 stalls, Inside riding arena, Camp site on raised deck. We host weddings, Please inquire for pricing details.
