Other things to note
***Please report to your host if anything is damaged or if there is any issues after checking in.

CLEANING: We hire a reliable cleaning company to clean before and after your stay. This is a very big factor in the prices for a cleaning services. A cleaning company cleans, launders, and restocks the unit after each guest, and I perform a deep cleaning quarterly.

***BUGS: Northwest Florida is a subtropical climate. It rarely gets close to freezing, which leads to it bring a desirable climate for humans, geckos and insets. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect to get inside through an open door, window etc. This is the reason more why you should always close the door behind you and take out your trash after departure, especially food leftovers.

***RED TIDE can happen: A red tide occurs when certain types of algae—plant-like organisms that live in the water—grow out of control. The name “red tide” comes from the fact that overgrowth of algae can cause the color of the water to turn red, as well as green or brown. During a red tide, beaches are sometimes covered in dead fish and other animals that either ingested toxins or couldn’t get enough oxygen.
