Rustic stay
We were very unhappy with our stay. The place said is sleeps 8. It sleeps six tops. 3 beds total. There was no pull out couch as advertised. There we NO extra bed linens for our 7th guest to sleep on the sectional couch that kept sliding apart. Our guest had to sleep with no bed linens or blankets. We reported this issue right away. We were promised that someone would come out and fix the issue with at least sheets- no one brought sheets. There was no TV service because it seems the service certificate is invalid. (the bill hasn't been paid) . This was a big deal because we had planned to watch a couple of games together. The hot tub was so dirty, no one could get in it. Additionally. one of the beds was dirty, there was glitter in the sheets, Gross!!! The outside of the house needs work and tidying, and the chairs outside were so dirty you couldn't sit in them. So far no one has reached out. We are requesting a partial refund, as the rental was not what was promised. We would like a refund of $375. A full refund would be the right thing to do because of all the inconvenience and lack of effort to fix the issues.
