Home includes balconies off of two bedrooms, top of the line stainless steel appliances, engineered hardwood flooring, custom tile flooring and back splash, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry throughout. Surf City's "hidden bay beach" right across the street for mooring boats and swimming. Bring your kayaks, fishing rods and paddle boards for endless aquatic fun just steps from the porch! Six beach badges available. Bring family bikes to ride the short distance to the beach!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a family room with a wet bar and full sleeper sofa. The first floor deck is accessible via the family room sliding glass door and has spectacular bay views with rocking chairs for cocktails. With a sleeper sofa this family room (includes Smart TV) can also function as the home's 5th bedroom.

New, beautiful home!

Perfect location for beautiful views of sunsets on the bay. The house was very clean and had great outdoor balconies. We highly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend others to rent!

Great home!

We came with our extended family and the layout of the house was fantastic as it allowed us to eat and hang out together. Bonus points for being able to end the day with a sunset on the bay!

We would rent this property again

Great location for sunsets on the bay. Plenty of parking. Could not walk to the beach. Rented bikes. Kitchen was great. Needed TV's in the other bedrooms.
