Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Comfortable seating for six at the large dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Wi-Fi is also available.

There is a nice, enclosed Lanai with extended large paver patio for your convenience. There is a grill for use on the Lanai.

All utilities will be included for your stay.

Gran Paradiso is a 24/7 gated community offers an incredible array of amenities including zero entry resort style pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, billiards, poker tables, library, sauna and steam room in both men and women's locker rooms. All amenities are available to our guests for free.

Includes all linens and features a washer and dryer machine.

Kitchen includes Microwave and Dishwasher as well as a coffee machine, toaster, blender, waffle maker, cutlery, dishes for at least 8, pot/pans, cups, and glasses.

All essentials are available for a day at the beach or pool. Located on a shelf in the garage. There is 1 women's bike and 2 men's bikes in the garage for you to enjoy.

No additional guest(s) without host approval. We are located in a very family friendly community. No parties or events are allowed at the home.

There is a $500 rental application fee that is the guests respondsiblity. Application fee is payable by check prior to application approval.
