Adorable home with nice amenities! The beds were comfy, the cabinets were stacked, the location was perfect. Perfect for a girls weekend getaway. The host was timely, the house was clean, and we had all the supplies we needed. Thanks for letting us stay here and make more memories!!
This home is stunning and made our family feel special for staying there. Thank you for having such a beautiful space for us to enjoy!! We will definitely be booking for more family visits.
We've stayed at this location previously & really enjoy it! Everything is clean & there is plenty of anything you'd need. Also, the location is great. We all highly recommend it!
This was a great place. The cottage was stocked with all the essentials plus some. The place was clean and well kept. The hosts take fabulous care of this place. I will definitely stay here again.
Hostess was always available. Home was exceptionally comfortable. No complaints. There is a water constriction in the hallway shower and that doesn't make for a nice heavy flow of water, like in the main bedroom shower but we had a choice so that was nice. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It's one of the nicer places we've stayed at.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house. Very convenient to the town and the wedding we attended at Bull Lion Ranch. One suggestion would be an iron and ironing board, otherwise the accommodations were over the top!!!
This was our second stay at this property. Just like the first time, everything was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. I will check this house before I look at other places to stay next time I’m in the area.
This was one of the bright spots on our trip. Great location, Hico is a cute little town with nice shops. The home was perfect, and our host had every little thing we needed. The back yard was a highlight as well, very nicely done.
This property was wonderful! Clean, spacious, updated and a close walk to great shopping and restaurants. We were there for Tarleton Homecoming. We will be booking this place every time we visit our daughter at Tarleton!
The entire stay was great. Very clean house, comfortable beds and two bathrooms were great. We needed to extend our stay by one day, contacted our host and within 10 to 15 minutes they had us taken care of us. Wonderful service and accommodations. We will be staying again.
I have stayed here twice, so very satisfied overall

Welcome to our home. We're the Nguyens. This is our first weekend rental property and we hope you love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
This house is a beautiful piece of history. A lot of love and hard work has gone into the home to preserve the historic feel without sacrificing any modern amenities. The original portion of the home was built in 1907. The original floors, shiplap, and a few doors we saved and preserved beautifully. I grew up in New Braunfels, TX where history and old homes are everywhere. This home reminded me a lot of my childhood.
