Absolutely wonderful place!

David’s house is perfect in every way! The host should get 10 stars if that were possible because he replies almost immediately after you text him and he is very responsive to your needs. He has thought of everything ahead of time so there really isn’t much you need from him. He lets you know when he is coming to clean the hot tub and is so thoughtful to leave a bottle of wine when you arrive. The location of the house is also ideal with the golf course very close by and shopping and restaurants handy as well. Definitely consider any property for which David is the host!! You won’t regret it!

Perfect for us

The house was as described and exactly what we were looking for. We (1 senior, 2 middle-aged adults and 2 college-age kiddos) needed a base from which to explore the area for a few days and this was a great location that provided quiet relaxation at the end of the day. Owner was hospitable and communication was great. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

Great stay

This home was perfect. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to reach and kind. The hot tub was a huge draw and and was serviced frequently throughout my stay (I was always told before anyone came over). Thank you for the stay!

Las Cruces, NM

David’s property provided a very enjoyable four weeks in Las Cruces. The neighborhood was quiet and secure. The home was spacious, clean, well-furnished and supplied. We particularly liked the kitchen and appliances, 3 TVs with cable, the soaking tub and shower with dual heads, and a spacious covered patio with well-maintained hot tub and infrared grill. Communication with David was excellent.
