We were a group of eight friends and had plenty of room to sleep and live. The living spaces were large enough for us all the hangout together and the backyward was really cool. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. The location was a nice, easy walk to the plaza and the restaurants/shops in that area. Easy parking if you're driving a car. All my questions were answered quickly and all communication with the host was super easy. Definitely recommend this place for a group trip.

Thank you so much for the fantastic review and recommendation Joseph! We are absolutely delighted that your group of eight friends had an amazing stay and enjoyed our spacious layout, roomy kitchen, and cool backyard space. Providing a premier walkable vacation rental near the Santa Fe Plaza is something we love to offer, making it effortless for larger groups to stroll to downtown restaurants, boutique shops, and historic sites. We also understand that finding a large home with easy parking in downtown Santa Fe can be rare, so we are glad that convenience, along with our seamless communication, made your group trip completely stress-free. We would love to welcome you and your friends back for another incredible stay in the Southwest!

This property was excellent for our group of 7. In a quiet neighborhood yet easy walking distance to the Plaza. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied. We had one maintenance issue with an air conditioning unit which was quickly and successfully resolved. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place for three couples. Room to be together and room to get away for a rest. Plenty of places to curl up. The upstairs master is especially spacious, and with a private covered porch. Kitchen was well-outfitted with plenty of everything. The walk to the Plaza was further than we had expected, but entirely doable. A wonderful place from which to explore charming Santa Fe!

We had a delightful stay! The house is lovingly cared for and comfortable (our group was 5 adults and 1 dog). We used the well equipped kitchen daily, and appreciated the good location in easy walking distance of central Santa Fe, and a nearby shopping mall. When we communicated with the hosts they consistently replied promptly and proactively.

We arrived at this property with family and a carload of Christmas presents, so you can imagine our delight when we arrived and opened the door to this historic Santa Fe adobe house to find a full size Christmas tree with lights blazing! We were so touched by this, the wreath on the front door, the bizochitos special Christmas cookies awaiting us.
