The castle Berwartstein, the landmark of our Erlenbach. You can reach it by foot in about 8 to 10 minutes. It can be visited partly freely, also their chapel with still relatively well preserved colored frescoes. In addition, it invites you to interesting castle tours.

Berwartstein in Erlenbach, the Drachenfels 3 km, the castle group Altdahn-Grafendahn-Tanstein 5 km, the castle Lindelbrunn 6 km and the quadruple castle group at the German-French border around Chateau Fleckenstein is 10 km away as well as the castles Landeck and Madenburg.

Berwartstein Castle, is the symbol of our Village Erlenbach. You can reach it in about 8 to 10 minutes on foot. Some Parts of it can be visited , including their chapel with its relatively well-preserved colored frescoes. She also invites you to interesting castle tours.
