Our property is located just a few steps from Broadwalk Hollywood Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful beach and amenities we have to offer!
It is suitable for families traveling with children, as well as couples who are looking for a nice getaway. We are happy to give local recommendations and tips as well!

- Beachfront Hotel Condo, with 5-star hotel amenities, infinity Rooftop Pool & Jacuzzi.

- Amazing sunsets from the Rooftop deck, which has a Lounge Bar with food and cocktails.

- Beach chairs & towels are provided.

- Steps from Hollywood Broadwalk, which features different cuisines, bars and pubs.

- Room features fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and coffee machine.

- We offer ice bucket.

- Extra sanitizing measures in place.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you wish to check-in and/or check-out earlier and/or later, please inquire when booking.

IMPORTANT (please read):
- Please note we have a strong non-smoking policy.

- Resort fee is required upon check-in on site.
For stays less than 30 days, the fee is $35 per day/room.
For stays longer than 30 days, the fee is $12 per day/room.

- A one-time registration fee in the amount of $50 will be charged by the hotel, for every reservation.

-The hotel may hold a $100 deposit on credit card, which is released upon departure.

-The resort fee includes two beach chairs down at the beach daily, as well as beach towels, access to the rooftop pool & bar, as well as our newly opened gym.

- Please note that the hotel provides 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths every 5th day of your stay. If your stay is shorter than 5 days and you feel like this amount of towels won't be sufficient for you, we recommend to bring a few of your own.

- Valet Parking is available for $42/night. Other parking options include regular city street parking. We recommend purchasing a City of Hollywood parking pass, which can save you a lot on parking.

- The paintings in the room are available for sale, if interested please inquire in private message. It is painted by renowned artist, Tadeo Zavaleta, who originates from Peru.

The property is nice. What I didn't like were all of the added fees. There was a $15 Greeter fee which is completely ridiculous, I'm assuming this was some woman that said "hi" to me when I was checking in. There was another $30 fee that I have no idea what it was for. I understand there are resort fees and parking fees but those should be indicated when you are booking because this adds a significant amount to the total stay.
