Our rates are unbeatable during low season. When you book with the hotel, you'll pay an average of $429.45 per night. However, with us, you'll enjoy an average cost of just $279.45 per night, (including costs asked at the hotel like parking, resort fees, and taxes).

The Space:
Beautiful One Bedroom Suite features:
* A private bedroom with one king bed and a large flat-screen TV.
* Another large 39" TV hangs in the living area
* Full-size sleeper sofa with end tables and armchair.
* Full kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
* 1 King Bed, approximately 730 sq ft, 39' Flat Screen TV.
* Max. 4 guests.
* 4 towels and linens.

Please Note: the apartment you made your reservation for is privately owned and its not part of the hotel/resort program. You can still use all the amenities in the resort but the staff and other services are not part of our company and its privately owned, so please for any questions or requests contact me directly, with emails, text or calls between working hours.

IMPORTANT:
Inside the property, next to the phone, we had to put a City mandatory device to control the noise. If there is a loud noise, hotel' security will let you know. At the second time, the hotel would ask you to leave the hotel with no refund. Don`t disconnect it please.

Other Things to Note:
Please note for extra fees that will be charged directly with the resort:
1. A daily resort fee of $35.00 (+tax) will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk. The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company- Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
2. A Registration fee of $50.00 per stay will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk.
3. Parking: $40 (+tax) per day. Valet parking. There is no self parking.
All mentioned fees are not refundable in case of cancellation as they are paid directly to the hotel.
If you cancel after checking-in we will keep the nights you staid and cleaning service of 150$.
4. Towels and Linens are only replaced every 5 days.
5. The pictures are referential, Although you will have a partial sea view you will also have a Parking view. All apartments in this hotel do not have a full sea view

We are continuing to work on resort improvements and we will be able to share those with you in the near future and have secured the continuation of the amenities such as the Yoga classes, Beach Chair service, Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles) and many others.
