Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home in PARADISE!

This is downstairs of duplex TWO 3-bedroom homes! Relax in either of these spacious 1650 square foot homes, centrally nestled between West Hollywood, Farmer's Market, and the Grove.

We are right off of Melrose, just a block away from the Pink Wall. Melrose Avenue is a shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Los Angeles that starts at Santa Monica Boulevard, at the border between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

Each unit has two bathrooms, comes fully furnished, and has central air. Kitchens are recently updated and come fully stocked with all the cookware you need. Smart locks will allow you to enter without a key!

This unit has 3 queen-size beds, one with a full-size trundle underneath. Street parking pass is included.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Erdgeschosswohnung und hatten Zugang zum Garten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Geschirr. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben super funktioniert und es waren sogar Wäschepods vorhanden. Handtücher gab es auch genügend und im Badezimmer war sogar Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner da. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Am Esstisch haben locker 6 Leute Platz und wir haben abends gemeinsam gekocht und zusammen gegessen und konnten so die Abende ausklingen lassen. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und es gibt „Hey Google“. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten bei Whole Food oder auch bei Target, um Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Wir haben Eli auch persönlich kennengelernt und ich muss sagen, dass er ein sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber ist. Er hat stets angeboten, dass wir uns melden können, wenn wir was brauchen und hat jederzeit Hilfe angeboten. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Für uns war die Wohnung ein Glücksgriff. Vielen Dank an Eli & Tomo, dass wir bei euch wohnen durften. Sabine
