PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great little condo, spent a weekend there. We had five adults in the space, well set up. Any questions we had upon arrival where answered quickly with resolve.
We had a lovely stay! Condo unit is modern and was stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property is a 2 minute walk from a playground and beach. We would rent again!
A lovely place to stay with all amenities. Lots to explore in the area.

Convenient location. Beautiful rental property, owners clearly take pride in their condo. Amenities were fantastic. Will stay again, just a perfect "family home away from home".
We LOVED this property! So beautiful inside and out! Had all the basics in the kitchen. Grocery store and liquor is close by! The lake is walking distance. The pool was also so nice and had two hot tubs! Our stay was SO easy and seamless. The booking link and details are perfect on this listing. Will stay again!
We enjoyed our weekend with a cozy and welcoming place to stay. It fit our group of 5 just right. Close to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to anywhere we needed to go.
Quiet building and the teens really enjoyed the pool and hot tub access!
The property was awesome, had everything we needed! It was great to have some basics like condiments and washer pods! The location was amazing and everyone slept comfortable! The patio was a great place to chill, and access to and from the property was easy! TY!!
Great unit, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen necessities
Only item that would have improved our stay was a wagon in the unit. We brought our boat loading and unloading luggage groceries etc was a lot of work from 3rd ave where we parked.
A wonderful, well appointed condo. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and exploring the areas we are staying in. The hosts have everything well planned and are quick to respond to any and all inquires. A slight downside is there is some traffic noise, but, not too bad.
We would definitely recommend this location.
We enjoyed our stay at this location in Invermere. It is close to the main strip and to the beach. There is lots to do in the area. Our highlights were the Columbia River Paddle (an easy paddle through the wetlands) and playing mini-golf at Ozzie's. Oh, and the doughnuts from the Invermere bakery were delicious! The unit was comfortable and relatively clean. The modern mountain decor is nice!
The property was very clean and organized. It was very close to all amenities (2 min walk to lake windermere). We were a group of 5 with a 2 year old. It had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the BBQ was great. Pool area was clean.
Would not hesitate to book this unit again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our expectations. The check-in and check-out was a tad awkward as the elevator was out of service so it meant many trips up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything else was great.
The condo was clean and well furnished. We were surprised to see that the 3rd "bedroom" was only a corner of the condo with a bed and a curtain across, no wall or door. Looking back at the description, it did say "open concept bedroom". However, we found the wording of 3 bedroom a bit misleading. It turned out that one couple couldn't make it, so it was not needed, but there would have been no privacy for them. And it was very tight, no closet or room for luggage.
There was also a peculiar smell, perhaps stale cigarette smoke??
