Villa Crikvenica is located in the famous tourist town of Crirkvenica, in a beautiful location with a wonderful view of the city and Kvarner Bay.
The total area of the villa is 160 m2 and it has 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and two additional beds in the living room, so that the house can accommodate up to 10 people in total.
On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the large garden there is a swimming pool and a covered terrace that offers a wonderful view of the sea. There is a grill on the terrace and a table and chairs and table football on the covered terrace on the ground floor.
The air conditioners are in the living room on the ground and first floors, Wi-Fi is free.
The villa is completely fenced and has parking for three cars.
The nearest shop is only 500 meters away, and the nearest restaurant and the nearest beach are 1100 meters from the villa.

Great villa with pool for two families with kids

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Crikvenica very much. The accommodation has mostly anything you need, incl. washing mashines and dish washers. The pool was perfectly clean and great to chill and refresh. The owner was very friendly and always available via phone when needed. We can definitely recommend this property for a few days to stay in Crikvenica

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Die Lage und Ausstattung entspricht den abgebildeten Fotos. Leider waren sowohl der gezeigte Whirlpool als auch der Gasherd ausser Funktion, so dass man im OG lediglich im Sitzen duschen konnte. Hier und da saßen Steckdosen und Schalter locker in der Wand. Ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreperaturen könnten dies aber schnell beheben. Der Pool war annehmbar sauber, vermutlich ist die Pumpe aber erst vor unserer Ankunft in Betrieb genommen worden, so daß er zu Anfang noch sehr trüb war. Alles in allem durchaus empfehlenswert. Die negativen Punkte waren noch im Rahmen.
