About this property

Quiet location, spacious, new porches!

This is a great home for 5 couples or 5 guests who want their own space and big bed due to the guest bedrooms being equipped with comfortable queen beds (king in the master). Its perfect for your next guys' golf group, girls' weekend getaway, or the whole family gathering. Located on a quiet, central Kiawah street, easy to get back and forth to Kiawah's famous beaches, Cougar Point golf course, and the West Beach Village/conference center. Night Heron Park, Sanctuary hotel, and the Roy Barth tennis center are a quick bike ride away as well!

The kitchen is a highlight of this charming getaway, its spacious with tons of storage and prep space. The home has multiple living spaces and tons of porch spots so everyone in the group can spread out and find their own comfortable area for relaxation. The porches take full advantage of the gorgeous golf course views! The homeowners have graciously included a firepit and a s'mores kit for your use during your stay.

No smoking and no pets allowed. Garage and fireplace not currently accessible for guest use. There is a sofabed in the bonus room if you need extra bedding for guests.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

A beautiful home, the pics on the listing match up exactly, and we couldn’t be more happier with our stay in this well maintained, comfortable home and paradise setting, it was perfect for our long girls weekend. The location is lovely, an Island paradise close to the beach, we enjoyed our bike rides, and my only advice to anyone else staying here is to be mindful of any restaurant reservations on the Island, because we learned after we arrived, the restaurants on Kiawah Island prioritize their hotel guests or governors membership first, for non residents, reservations should be made a week in advance. We managed to get 2 reservations for our party of 5, a late night Saturday dinner and a Sunday earlier reservation as well, and both restaurants were wonderful, we were very pleased. I highly recommend this beautiful house/home as we are planning to return here next year as well.

Great house

The house was very nice, great indoor & outdoor spaces. The ONLY issue we had is with the tv. It is the most basic cable possible - 3 channels. Not that we go to the beach to watch tv, but would be nice to watch something in the evenings (no ESPN, couldn't watch the Braves...). Rental company was very responsive when we asked about it, said it was the homeowner's tv package. Other than the TV, it is a great house, loved the location. Would rent it again if we could watch some TV at night!

There was plenty of room to spread out and to have hair and makeup the day of the wedding. The garage apartment was a great bonus! The house had beautiful views of the golf course from all the porches. This house is a great option for a big family as well, with a variety of bedding options. The house was clean and the online description was accurate. I would definitely recommend this property and the property manager, ESPM.

Two complaints: not having smart televisions to use our apps like Hulu. Only having cable was hard with little kids who are used to watching a few of their favorite shows before bedtime. No fire stick for us. Also there should be a vacuum cleaner or full size brooms for clean ups.Otherwise, the house was everything we hoped for our family vacation.We would definitely book it again.

The house was plenty big enough, clean and in decent repair. Though I could not figure out how to lock the patio doors, I feel pretty safe on Kiawah. Best kitchen set up we have had via VRBO; plenty of pots and pans and dishes, etc. We reported some needed repairs, so lets hope that happened. There is no service to the televisions, but you can try to enter your own info for streaming services.
