Welcome to Feelin' Beachy!
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath cozy beach getaway house in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is only about a 2 minute walk or even shorter ride on golf cart or ATV, where you will enjoy private access. A fully paved driveway allows you to bring your ATV/UTV down and park it under the house or have a golf cart delivered to the house and have it waiting on your arrival! Other things to note: Crystal Beach is a drivable beach, if you decide to drive on the beach make sure you get a permit sticker. You can pick these up from most stores and/or purchase one on the beach from attendants. 3 minute drive to reach the drivable beach access by car or truck. In order to reach access you will need to exit the dunes heading left on TX-87 and then turn left on S Cove Dr. You can drive directly onto the beach from this road.

Bathrooms
The master bathroom features a one sink vanity cabinet and large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a one sink vanity cabinet a tub shower combo. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, makeup towels, and starting set of toilet paper rolls. Hair dryers as well as some other bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Outdoor Area
The front porch is equipped with 4 High back Adirondack chairs with foot rests in fun beachy colors. You can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Downstairs features a gas fire pit with chairs to sit around and visit. Two picnic tables to enjoy your meal you made on the custom made charcoal grill. There is an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand from a fun day at the beach.

# Private Beach Access
There is private beach access for the neighborhood just a 2 minute walk from the house. ATVs and Golf Carts can drive through the access as well.

NO SMOKING INSIDE Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our house as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. If authorities are called out for any reason, you may be asked to leave with no refund.
NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPL
The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people. And since the house is on a septic system, we do not allow more than 10 people in the house at any time, Including during the day. BOOKING DETAILS
We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required. Also, the adult who rents the house must be present the entire stay.
Note: The property has two recording live exterior cameras in use for your safety and for the security of the property. One is a Ring Doorbell and the other is a Ring floodlight camera over the driveway.
Weather
The home is located on a peninsula near the Gulf Of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts in the event of a hurricane or inclement weather.
