The incredible property boasts 70ft of lake frontage with a brand new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, bedrooms and new flooring. Have a seat in the sunroom and take in the amazing views this perfect cottage has to offer. Huge yard large enough to accommodate games, outdoor seating and extra parking. Comfortably sleeps 7. Guests welcome to bring their own boat and dock it at the property's permanent pier! Please note that owners boat is parked at permanent pier and they may be accessing property to use it. Guest will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $55 in lieu of a Security Deposit. 15% discount for 7 night booking (prefer Saturday - Saturday). NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed at the rental home or on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $1,000.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges.

Beautiful lake view

The property managers were easy to work and attentive, we loved the pier area and lake home touches in the decor. Beds are very uncomfortable, no bathroom on the sleeping floor was tough, could not imagine 7 guests and only 1 bathroom. Cleaning fee is astronomical considering all the cleanup instructions left for the tenants in the rental agreement and because the house is older it had an extremely musty odor throughout entire stay. Definitely room for improvement but the owner next door was great to pitch in when called upon.

Charming and Fun

We loved our stay at the Blue Rooster. It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family vacation. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking in Lake Paw Paw and the home's lovely lakefront grounds and were also a close drive to many great Lake Michigan beaches and destinations. The charming home featured a perfect combination of old-home charm and new, fresh updates. It is even nicer and more spacious than can be captured in the pictures and had plenty of comfortable spaces for our family of 6. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the enclosed porch.
