A fantastic 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that is Cayucos. Delight in the spectacular views of the Pacific from your upstairs semi private deck.

The first flight of stairs will get you to the front door. Upon entry, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a newly remodeled full bath.

Up the stairs, you'll find the generously sized and welcoming open concept living, dining, kitchen, and the best part, get ready for the views. From Morro Rock to the Cayucos Pier and on up the coast. The marine life and surfers are easily seen and always enjoyed.

Another beautiful newly remodeled bathroom with a large shower is located on the upper level as well as a convenient full-size washer and dryer.

The condo is located one hundred feet from the beach so you can spend your days exploring the tide pools, making sandcastles, surf, fishing off the pier or just relaxing and enjoying.

After your day of fun, evenings can be enjoyed by preparing a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen or on the gas BBQ. Don't want to cook, well you're in luck, dine out at any one of many favorites; Schooners, Cafe Della Via, Duckies, Lunada Garden Bistro, Ruddell's Smokehouse and of course, the Brown Butter Cookie Company.

Perfect Beach-side Location

The condo is right in downtown Cayucos with easy, walkable access to the beach, pier, shops, dining, and grocery. The property is well appointed, clean, and easy to relax in. This was a wonderful spot to enjoy a few days with the kids!

My husband Tom and I manage this home for my parents and have enjoyed vacationing in Cayucos for many years. We are happy to say, we now live in Cayucos full time so its our pleasure to share this wonderful little town with our guests.

My dad, John graduated from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo in 1975. After he and my mom were done raising their daughter's in Bakersfield, they moved to Paso Robles when they retired in 2016.

They had vacationed in Cayucos for many years and have always loved the quaintness of this cute little beach town on the coast of California. There is something very special about Cayucos

Why they chose this property

The most awesome view of the Pacific from the living area and upper deck and its wonderful proximity to town make this a special place to vacation. You are also only a short drive to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Hearst Ranch, Cambria and San Simeon. You also are a short drive on the 46 to Paso Robles, should you have an interest in their many wineries!
