Perfect for a families or a group

This house is devoted solely to being a VRBO. The rooms are spacious, there are lots of bathrooms, two living room areas and a well stocked kitchen. I've probably stayed in a two dozen vacation rentals and this is one of the best run properties I've seen. Also, it is an easy walk to Autzen stadium - there were shuttles to Hayward Field from there. It is also not a bad walk to Hayward through the park. The next time we are in Eugene we will look to see if this house is available.

Very roomy and comfortable

We were in town for a wedding. Bardell house has plenty of room for 8 adults and then some. The location was centrally located making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is beautiful with a park/playground around the corner. Julia responded quickly. We had an issue with a toilet and she had a maintenance person immediately. I highly recommend this house for large groups.

Great property but….

Loved everything about the house. We felt like for the price we paid, and the fact we only stayed 3 days, more basic products should have been available. Within our time frame we had to buy paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have t stayed anywhere that had so little for a 3 day stay.

Fantastic place in a great location

This home is great for a big family or group, with so many comfy rooms and thoughtful spaces throughout! The furniture and beds and linens are good quality and it’s well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking, and a safe place for kids to play outside, including a park around the corner. We biked from the house all through the local bike paths downtown for dinner with two young kids and we felt safe doing it, which is so rare when traveling. We’ve always tried to stay on the other side of the river for track and field events in the past but decided to try something new. It was so easy to get where we wanted to go by bicycle that we didn’t bother driving much at all. Thank you to the hosts for being communicative, prepared, thoughtful and welcoming. We’ll be back!

The property was very nice and very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was ample parking for four vehicles in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There were a couple of small outdoor seating areas, one with a grill.It was easy to get to and easy to get to the downtown area and OU stadium.

Clean, serene, and beautiful.

Check-in was easy, with great communication from the owner. House was clean, and serenely peaceful. Given that those staying there were competing in the USA Track and Field Championships, this beautiful environment was super important!! Wonderful neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!

Quiet retreat in Eugene

We are a group of rowers from California who stayed here during the Northwest Regional regatta at Dexter Lake. Location is perfect; easy access to main highways and lots of grocery options. We especially appreciated the gas fireplace for the two cold and rainy evenings!

Lovely Home, Great Location

The home was very comfortable & clean. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us staying in the house without feeling crowded, even when most of us were in the kitchen at times. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels very safe. The owner/manager of the home got back to us right away when we needed something, and she was very nice. I would love to rent this house again in the future.

Lovely family stay

We had a generational girls trip: my grandmother, aunt, mother, sister and her 4yr old daughter and my 10 ye old daughter to stay at this house. Plenty of room and toys/games provided! We did not leave the house much and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is in need of an update of kitchen supplies if you are planning on staying and cooking often. However, the host was extremely responsive abs helpful. Overall great house!

Wonderful stay during Oreogn Relays
