Updated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 half bath home in east Louisville. Fully finished basement with pool table, gym, play area and large screen tv in living space. Enormous deck with a smoker, grill/griddle, sitting and dining areas.
3 common areas with tvs and plenty of seating.
Huge master suite with king bed, a guest room with king bed, second guest room with queen and nursery with crib that converts to a full size bed if requested.
Property has a trampoline, 2 kids playhouses, large soccer and basketball goals, and other kid activities. Large deck with dining and lounge seating, grill/griddle and smoker. Hammock in yard for relaxing! Basement has a pool table and gym!

Fantastic Home and Area

This property is beautiful and just as the pictures present. The home was unbelievably clean which is very important to us. Stephanie is so approachable and easy to work with answering any questions we had right away. This home is only a short distance from the Kentucky Derby/Churchill Downs and yet is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt like home. We will definitely be back to this property. Can't say enough good about it!!
