Pet friendly 3/2 away from the crowds! BYOB (bring your own boat)! Dock just out back and boat launch a few minutes away. Great fishing, kayaking, etc. Panama City east bay 5 minutes west and St Joe Bay (+-) 30 boat ride east. Pet friendly St. Joe Beach (+-) 10 minute drive. Enjoy the lovely views from either of the 2 screened porches. Weather cool? Warm yourself by the firepit with a lovely water view or relax inside with a show on Direct TV.
