Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment located in historic downtown Galveston! Just a block or two from everything you're going to want to visit downtown, this location is tough to beat. Built in 1917, the League Lofts have been the ideal place to live for over a century, and now they're being offered to you!! Designed and furnished in 2022, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 5, with everything you're going to need to enjoy your Galveston getaway!!
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

No functional Elevator.

This property was decorated very well and all updated appliances. There was no elevator so traveling up and down with heavy suitcases (at my age) was a bit of a struggle for the third floor. The steps were a little steep, and I had a terrible fall on the morning after my first night. Thankfully no broken bones, but I had a huge gash on my leg. I didn’t go back, but my daughter stayed the second night. I slept on my friends couch across the street at her apartment. Also, the door between the bedrooms wouldn’t close. The bullet holes in the window of the bedroom made my grand daughter a little anxious about sleeping in that room. I am normally pretty easy to please, but this stay was not my favorite due to the circumstances listed above.

Great Location!

This apartment is in the perfect spot. We walked to the strand and beach. Parking was pretty easy to find, but we rarely used our vehicle since everything was walkable. This is a beautiful apartment that is very clean.
