The property itself is not bad, however, the check in process was not without fault. The concierge had already left upon my arrival (I was advised this was a 24hr service) and as such I was unable to enter the property. After a 15 minutes wait a security personnel arrived to assist but to no avail as he was unable to locate the keys to the apartment. The host had to give me an alternative means of entry. Separate from that, I was unable to use the television, there was internet connection, but something must have been wrong as the cable service was down. The host was responsive to my questions, but overall I was not pleased as a first impression. My disappointment was intensified as the property initially booked had amenities that were out of service and as such a different apartment had to be suggested.
