Stunning Skiatook Lake Three Story Getaway

Bring the whole family to this 4,000 sq ft lake house escape with lots of room for fun. This property is located in Sperry, just 25 minutes from downtown Tulsa, on beautiful Skiatook lake. This house sits above the water line, but just take a semi steep hike down through the trees to reach the peaceful shore line. Whether you are looking for a family gathering space or a private weekend away, this house has everything you will need including amazing lake views on all 3 stories.

This house is a three story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom is located on the main floor along with the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The main floor has a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests and great lake views. The finished basement with two full bathrooms and a bedroom is equipped with a projector screen, games, bumper pool/poker table, and sauna. TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon fire stick or Roku to allow the guests to log in to their accounts.

There are 2 cameras outside on the property. One at the front door and one on the back deck. These are strictly for security purposes only. This house is located in a rural area with corp land all around, so it is not unusual for different wildlife and bugs to be around sometimes. We treat this property for insects on a regular basis; however, there still may be a bug or two seen during a stay. We do everything we can to repel them, but sometimes a few still get inside.

A great house for large families looking for room and amazing views. Our family had a great experience and enjoyed our conversations relaxing on the deck over-looking the lake. Everyone wanted to do it again as soon as possible.

Nice place on the lake

We loved the location and view. A little maintenance needs to be done on exterior doors and some Sweeping of the entry and back patio. Overall we would stay again. Any issues were minor and did not take away from our enjoyment!

This house is perfect for a getaway with family and to see beautiful Lake Skiatook! We have stayed at this house twice and it’s been great for our size group (10 ppl) to dine together, relax and boat in the lake (CrossTimbers marina is close and great service!). The house has all the basics you’d need. Very pleased and we intend to come back next year too :)

Lake getaway

Great house and location with wonderful views. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of towels! Only downsides: the kitchen could be better stocked with cookware and glasses and the path to the beach is very steep and with poison ivy so not very accessible. But so close to the marina for boat access!

Sunset house

We had 3 generations convene at the house for post Christmas fun, food and games. The house was perfect for our needs and the sunsets were amazing from the porch. We enjoyed fixing meals together, watching football games and movies in the theater room and just relaxing after the hectic days of the holidays. We hope to come back some day and be able to enjoy the beautiful lake.
