Great view and location

The condo was situated in a great location, short walk to Poipu Beach. The condo is a bit older but comfortable nonetheless. Beds were great, even the pull out sofa bed. There were a lot of beach supplies like umbrella, chairs. Overall, or family enjoyed the stay and would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa. The photos do not do the ocean views justice as you can see a lot of the ocean from the home and deck, more than the photos depict. The sunsets are amazing! We loved being able to walk in the area and especially to Brenneckes Beach area. The villa was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and appointed. Excellent air conditioning and nice cross ventilation and light from three sides of the villa. We really loved staying there and would definitely come back. The only con is that the villa is not close to the parking lot and has two flights of stairs with no elevator to get to. It was a bit of a hassle to tote big suitcases and groceries from the parking lot and up the stairs. So not something suitable for anyone who has limited capacity for lifting heavy things upstairs. The management company is very responsive. We had a problem with the wifi and they came out promptly and fixed it up. They are very present and easy to work with.
