There's so much to enjoy in this lake and mountain community! You can immerse yourself in the amenities or simply unwind on your private dock, surrounded by stunning scenery. It's a year-round paradise. Have fun on the water with the kayaks and canoes, and remember to stay safe with life jackets – we provide 3-4 adult jackets and one for toddlers. Stay safe and make the most of your time here!

Evenings here are filled with fun possibilities! You can enjoy games from the well-stocked game closet or create lasting memories by the cozy fire (firewood is provided). If you have little ones with you, the bunk room is equipped with a small pack-n-play, table highchair, toys, and books to keep them entertained. And for a delightful start to your mornings, there's coffee, tea, and creamer waiting for you in the fully stocked kitchen. It's all about comfort and enjoyment!

Lake Arrowhead

Went to Lake Arrowhead to celebrate my 60th birthday with friends. Beautiful house & location. Property owner provided many extras which were very appreciated.

Great Getaway

Very peaceful and quiet. Both of my kids were able to catch their 1st fish off the dock. Plenty of wildlife around to look at. The kayaks were fun. Seemed to be at least one of everything we needed in the house.

Great house and community

Overall it was a a great house and gated community. We need to come back after they open the community pools. Golf course was nice and challenging. The house was great, nicely updated. It could use frosted glass into the master bedroom from the living room but we made do with a sheet over the doors. Nice selection of yard games and the yard is perfect for kids and yard games. They could use one more kayak but the 3 that were available were nice to have. We loved our stay there. We have friends in the area so we will likely be back at time! Thank you for the perfect place for a family vacation!

Perfect Place to Stay

This house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The host, Donna, was so kind and responsive in working with us on some special needs we had for my husband who is in a wheelchair. There was plenty of space to hang out, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Family reunion get-together

We appreciated being able to rent this beautiful recently restored home just a few houses down from our own home as we had need of more bedrooms for the long weekend! It was perfect for our group.

Our unique home is nestled in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead community located in North Georgia. We take great pride in our home and go to great lengths to provide as many comforts as possible during your stay.

This is not your typical VRBO, this is our second home that we happily share. Provisions include toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen including most spices, a gas grill w/ propane, kayaks, smores fixins and firewood.

Although we do not allow pets, our dog frequents the home so please take note for those with pet allergies. Additionally, we are non-smokers and kindly ask No Smoking or Vaping in or on the property.

This uniquely designed home is a perfect haven for gatherings with its open floor plan. The shallow cove, just outside, offers water fun for all ages, with easy access for kayaks, canoes, and floats (three kayaks are provided). Keep in mind that the lake deepens to about 15 feet from our dock, so safety is a priority. Please use the life jackets provided – four for average-size adults and one for toddlers.

Evenings are all about creating memories. You can explore the treasure trove of games in our well-stocked closet or bask in the warmth of a crackling fire, thanks to the provided firewood. Families with little ones will find the bunk room equipped with essentials like a small pack-n-play, table highchair, various toys, and a selection of books.

To kickstart your mornings, our kitchen is fully stocked and you'll find coffee, tea, and creamer ready upon your arrival.
