Adorable home close to Victoria Beach with swimming, picnic tables, a fishing jetty, & boat launches. Sunset Grille Lakeside & J.D.'s on the Lake(Ozark's Blue Cat Lodge) are minutes away by boat or car! Come hang out on our huge private deck with propane firepit set, ample seating or choose the wood firepit out back for smores and grilling out on the gas grille. Inside you'll find plenty of space for family game time, relaxation, or a dance party and karaoke with friends and family! New furnishings and appliances with plenty of kitchen essentials and large island for enjoying meal time together. The electric fireplace's in the living room and master bedroom can be used for heat or just a relaxing ambiance glow. There is ample seating throughout the home for multiple family activities. Our community offers walking lake access and plenty of wildlife! There are 4 parking spaces available. Note: This house is not directly on the lake. Golf Carts are welcome! PBR Lakepoint trip

Everything was as advertised. Great house, tons of windows to bring in the outdoors. Neighbors were great to talk to when out on walks. Overall great relaxing few days.

Perfect location

House was in great location had tournament softball games at Hobgood park which was less than eight minutes away property and neighborhood was a perfect place to relax and unwind house was very roomy and plenty of room for our family It is very nice to be located close to the lake to check out the scenery and walk the trails

CLEAN & Quiet!!

I stayed here with family & friends. 7 total. Plenty of room to sleep & eat. This house was great!! It's the cleanest place I have EVER stayed. You can tell that Connie takes pride in this place. We loved the notes spread out throughout the house. Very quiet neighborhood as well. Just be on the lookout if you are driving at night...deer are everywhere!! We also enjoyed the lake which was only a 5 minute drive or less. Pictures don't do this place justice. Again...it's CLEAN & we had a blast with the Karaoke machine. The beds were very comfortable. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again Connie & John.

My Dream Retirement Home

Love the layout and decor, calming and peaceful. Would love something like this when I retire. Wonderful vacation home! Has everything you need in a quiet neighborhood not far from plenty of activities, restaurants and shops. And everyone in the area is so friendly!

Better than expected

We were hoping for a clean, comfortable place for the 6 of us to come from different parts of the country to enjoy. The pictures do not do this place justice! It is spacious and gorgeous. The owners have paid attention to every detail! We hope to return soon!

Hi, we are John and Connie Reid. My husband and I have been married for 28 years with 3 children that are off to college and finishing high school plus our 3 fur babies. We have owned two lake houses on Lake Sinclair in the past but unfortunately had to sell. We wanted to purchase another lake house directly on the lake but times are hard as we all know. We fell in love with this adorable home across the street from a cove on Lake Allatoona and decided it was a great fit for us. We are a car, boat, or golf cart ride away from Victoria Beach, boat launches, Sunset Grill, and J.D.'s on the Lake.
