Wake up to stunning views of the award-winning Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the majestic Cape Fear River!
Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony while you watch the boats and people pass by. Enjoy shops, bistros, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within walking distance from the condo.
All of the area beaches are just 20 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and parks.
Recently decorated and updated furniture includes a luxury King sized bed, smart TVs in each room, and a washer and dryer in the closet. You will love this peaceful, private paradise!

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

We were pleased with just about everything. Cute place right in an amazing location. Ran out of toilet paper which was certainly inconvenient for a bit but they sent some pretty quick. We experienced brown water for an evening and couldn't shower but it might have been uncontrollable by the host. Host was nice but always directed me to rental info when I asked a question almost in defense. The posted guidance on how to rate the property was weird to me haven't seen that before. Parking was pretty expensive even with the rental discount. Trash was on the other side of the property to me awhile to find it. Nothing really big lots of little things but maybe I'm picky. Probably would go back.

We are glad that you were pleased with most things. We generally keep the condo pretty well stocked, but it was unfortunate you ran out of TP. The brown water was totally out of our control, that was on the city, but we know how much of an inconvenience that must have been. We also cannot control where the trash cans were placed. Parking is explained in the condo description and shouldn't have been a surprise. Unfortunately, it's becoming harder to find free parking in such an ideal downtown location. We are glad that despite a three star rating, you would be willing to come back, that says a lot!

Perfect anniversary spot

My husband and I loved this location for our anniversary! Its spot right on the water had a fantastic view and was near lots of great restaurants! The place was clean and had everything we needed!

Fantastic location

Location is unbelievable, downtown Wilmington is a great location for a quick getaway. Place has a spectacular view of Cape Fear. Would 100% rent again.
