This listing is for the entire 4-bedroom house, where guests will have access to all areas, except one other room in the house which is being used as storage at present.
What makes this house unique is the fact that we’re introducing solar power has been installed to ensure guests have supply of electricity to essentials during their stay (please note that all the air conditions are not on the solar power; they will be powered by normal electricity). The property has big living rooms, with high ceilings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an inbuilt hob/stove and oven, a microwave, a blender, rice cooker, cooking saucepans etc. and a Pantry to store your food stuff, etc.
All the bedrooms are EnSite, with inbuilt wardrobe and all fitted with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a lovely bath and shower and a balcony with views.
It also boasts of a big outside living space and parking area with a decently sized greenery area.
The property has 1 large 7500ltrs capacity water tanks fitted with a filter and pump to ensure clean supply of water to the property; we take care of water tank refill when main source stops flowing, provide Gas for cooking, 210GB of Wi-Fi data, DSTV Standard Package, bi-weekly housekeeping, Gardener charges are all included in the price.
On the day of check in, guests will have the following amounts topped up unto the property’s electricity meter for air condition; once the credit runs out, it will then be the guests responsibility to top up the electricity meter with any credit they need:
- 150gh cedis for guests staying between 7 and 14 nights.
- 200gh cedis for guests staying between 14 and 21 nights
- 300gh cedis for guest staying for more than 21 nights
Security features include EZVIZ floodlight security cameras installed on all four corners of the house, CCTV security cameras, solar electric fence, lower flow windows fitted with burglar alarms and burglar proof fitted on all windows, and patio doors. Front Porch has 4 chairs (a table is being added shortly) will gives guests the option of dining outdoors.
There is a live-in caretaker in his own quarters and does not come into the main building. However, he is a phone call away in case of any emergency.
