Located at the base of Snow King, our centrally located contemporary home is convenient to everything in Jackson Hole: walk to the rodeo grounds, the Center for the Arts, Stillwest Brewing, the Snow King gondola and snow king trail network, multiple parks, Snake River Brewing, the farmer's market, and any store or restaurant on the town square. Or hop on the bike route, located just down the street, and ride your bike on Teton County's 70+ miles of separated pathways - all the way into Grand Teton National Park.
The main living area of this home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate but attached studio apartment at the garden level, accessed by an outdoor staircase, with one queen bed, one bathroom, and its own small kitchen. In total, the house has a four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It can sleep up to eight people.
The house features upstairs living, with the kitchen and living room and deck on the top floor. Enjoy sunsets over town and outdoor dining on the roof deck. The main bedroom is on the top floor, with a main bathroom directly off it. This bathroom has a shower and a toilet and a sink with marble counter tops
The middle floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower and a sink.
As mentioned above, the garden level of the house has a studio apartment with queen bed, bathroom, shower, and sink, as well as its own small kitchen.
There is parking for up to three vehicles - two in the garage, and one outside parking space.

Town of Jackson rules state one vacation rental every 30 days. Because of this law, and because this is our primary home, we require a 14 Day minimum stay, with monthly rentals preferred. There is a 10 percent nightly discount on stays 28 nights or longer.
Our home is available to rent in June, July, and August.
