**★ SUPPLIED ITEMS ★**
Upon your arrival, find the cabin thoughtfully stocked with essential items:
- Linens, comforters, pillows
- Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels
- Dish towels, dishcloths, dish detergent
- Automatic dishwasher detergent
- Bath soap
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Trash can liners

Please note: While we provide a starter kit, you may need to replenish supplies during your stay at your own cost. Additionally, the cabin does not come stocked with spices, cooking oil, butter, etc. Previous guests may leave some, so feel free to use what's available.

**★ SMOKING POLICY ★**
Absolutely no smoking inside the cabin - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to smoke on the deck, please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Ensure the butt is fully extinguished and deposit them in the designated sand-filled pail or trash can before departure. If housekeeping or the groundskeeper needs to pick up discarded butts, a fee of $1 per butt will be charged. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a charge of $200 for deodorizing the home. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED.

**★ PET POLICY ★**
Maximum of (1) pet allowed. Adult dogs under 50 lbs permitted. $50 pet fee required before check-in. No other types of animals allowed. If any other pets found, a $200 fee applies; guests asked to leave with no refund. Pets must stay OFF furniture/bed; use own sheet or blanket if needed. Excessive fur/hair left behind incurs a $150 cleaning fee. Clean up after your pets and keep them on a leash outside. Pets must not wander around other cabins; not all are pet-friendly. Policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED.

**★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★**
The cabin should only be occupied by the designated number, as specified by the fire marshal, at any given time. House parties are strictly prohibited. Any reservation made under false pretense will result in forfeiture, and the party will not be allowed to check in. Violation of occupancy limits may result in eviction, with no refund, or a $300 fine.

Kindly treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

**★ RENTER AGREEMENT ★**
Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
