There are outdoor security cameras located in the front and back of the property.

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in15 minutes.

These are the local ordinances from the city, not our rules.

We allow a maximum of 6 adults and up to 6 kids at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 10 people, but we do have additional cots that are available.

The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the VRBO messaging App.
