Steps to the Beach!

This lovely 1 bed / 1 bath unit is located on the 5th floor of the Emerald Beach Condominiums, which is located directly on the beach! Enjoy your coffee on the large Lanai as you watch the sunrise. In the evenings, walk just a few steps onto the beach and enjoy a beautiful Marco Island sunset! This unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals. There is also a common grill by the pool for your use. If you don't want to cook on vacation, there are great restaurants within walking distance. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon are all available for your use.
Tigertail beach is within walking distance for some excellent shelling!
There are 2 shared laundry rooms on our floor.
