Come and stay at this beautiful guest house located in the heart of the valley with amazing mountain and valley views. Close to downtown Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort you can be at a wide range of activities in minutes. As you enter you will be amazed by the gorgeous mountains that surround you. The cozy living room features a sleeper couch if you need additional sleeping arrangements. Curl up by the fire and read a book in the sitting area. The fully stocked kitchen has bar seating and all you could need to cook for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king bed, in room TV, and en suite bath, plus access to the deck. A second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with a two twin bunk beds, and both share a full bath. The large outdoor deck is a great place to unwind after a day of activities. There is plenty of seating for all to sit back, relax, and enjoy the majesty of the mountains. One side of the garage has been converted into a game room with games, darts, and a ping pong/air hockey table. Outside parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
(Please note several stairs are required for entry to this home.)

This home is dog friendly, up to two dogs maximum. The owners do live on site and appreciate guests respecting this rule and not bringing more than 2 pets. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet(s) ahead of time when inquiring or making your reservation.

Fall girls trip

Everything was good, the beds weren’t real comfortable, we had plenty of hot water and plenty of room. The deck was the best part!

Amazing Views

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful property. Yes the pictures of that deck view are accurate- absolutely beautiful!! The unit is clean, nicely appointed and well located for your Durango area adventure. We would highly recommend.

Had a great time in Durango!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was equipped with everything we needed, was well-kept, clean, and comfortable. We spent much of our time out on the huge deck, taking in the beautiful view of the mountains for as far as we could see in any direction. The house was in a very convenient location, just off of Rt. 550, far enough away from town center to feel the expansiveness of the mountains, but close enough to be able to run into town for groceries, shopping, and going out to eat. Highly recommended!!!
